REFUND POLICY

As your donation is being made online without our assistance or involvement, we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your donation carefully. Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, you have 14 days in which to notify CMRC of the error. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email or phone us on 02-9687 9901 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Refund requests

All requests for refunds must be made in writing and forwarded as follows:

The request should have the details of the donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, the receipt number and the nature of the error.

Should the refund be approved, any original receipt issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid. A new receipt will be issued where applicable. Alternatively, you can send written queries to: Community Migrant Resource Centre, PO Box 1081, Parramatta NSW 2124

Please note, after 14 days of receipt of any donation, no refund is available.
